Matt and Joe did a fantastic job on a variety of projects that we had. They helped to finish a bathroom, replace windows, build out a new wall, and even rewire an entire third floor. They initially did a walk through with me to create a realistic quote for the project. I had a huge renovation done on the whole upstairs of my home. Chimney removal, three closets were built, flooring, and dry wall. Joe, Matt, and his crew were amazing. Joe was referred to me by a friend of a friend. He came out to look at the installation of new floors, doors and under decking soon after I called. I received a quote by the end of the week! We had a terrific experience working with Ironborn for multiple projects - roof replacement, siding painting, and bathroom remodel. The initial consult with Joe was a breath of fresh air - no "hours-long consultation followed by a hard sell" like some companies do. Just collaborative dialogue, followed by a quick turnaround on a very reasonably-priced proposal, and we were off and running. The roof was scheduled quickly, and ended up being done in a day. Nothing was missed - flashing, vent caps, sealant, and not a single screw/nail/fastener was left in the yard or driveway. The siding was painted over the course of two days and looks terrific - they even sealed some gaps before painting, which I was not expecting...definitely above and beyond. The bathroom was almost a total replacement - The walls came down to the studs, the tub was replaced with a walk-in shower with tile walls, and the vanity, fixtures, and floor were all replaced. Some companies will try to pigeonhole you into one of their handful of solutions, but not Ironborn. We got to pick exactly what we wanted for fixtures and finishes, and the attention to detail and care taken with everything (including the less-visible plumbing and electric work) was impressive. It was very clear from the onset that Joe's primary concern was that the end result was something that met or exceeded our expectations. You really get more than you pay for with these folks - they didn't cut any corners, everything came in on budget, and we are more than satisfied. We reached out to Ironborn to have them do some kitchen renovation work for us. Joe responded immediately and he was able to stop by soon after to see our project. He reviewed what we wanted done and he then sent along a detailed quote. He worked with us on our needed schedule and the team got the work done exactly as they said they would. They did demo of walls, ceiling and floors, drywall, floor tiling, door replacement, electrical and more. Joe, Matt and team are kind, transparent and reliable. I gave Joe a call to come look at my kitchen remodel ideas and he showed up very promptly to go over the project with me. Giving me his thoughts and concerns while also working to stay in my budget. After we talked he sent me a very reasonable and detailed estimate which I agreed to and within 2 weeks I had a brand new kitchen!
